Who are the Developers ?

Greenore Port is jointly owned by Dublin Port Co and One51 (formerly IAWS)

Greenore is a small port (7 acres) with a 250 meter dock wall. The existing port facility accommodates Bulk Cargo (Dry and Break). In 2006 the port recorded annual tonnage of 865,000 tonnes. This represented 2.67% of Ireland’s total bulk traffic.

The Proposed Development

The proposal is:

To build a New Port on the opposite side of Greenore village to accommodate two Container/Bulk berths and one Roll-On Roll-Off ferry berth.
